The Rotary Club of Baldwinsville is a service club made up of professionals from the community.  The club is 38 strong and prescribes to the goals of Rotary International with the main one being “Service Above Self”.  Founded in 1972, the club provides a variety of services in the community including things such as: dictionaries to all 3rd graders in the B’Ville School District; 3 scholarships to graduating seniors;  sponsor an outgoing and incoming exchange student;  participate in the Carp Tournament, Oktoberfest etc;  does canal side clean up; puts on a Senior Citizen Christmas luncheon for over 300 seniors; host an annual Blood Clinic; send a B’Ville Student to the Rotary Youth Leadership Camp; Provide donations to the following causes (changes annually): B’Ville Fire Dept., Friends of Beaver Lake, B’Ville Christmas Bureau, B’Ville Food Pantry, Rescue Mission, B’Ville Summer Concert Series, B’Ville Coast Guard, B’Ville Wrestling Club, After The Ball Party, Polio Plus, B’Ville Little League and much more. 

Our primary fundraiser is our annual Seneca River Day event, held the first weekend in July following the 4th of July.  There are many activities and opportunities for fun, including the Great Seneca River Duck Race.  The dates for the 2011 Seneca River Day are July 8 & 9………..for more details send an email to  .  We also host monthly Spaghetti Dinners from October – May on the first Wednesday of the month from 5 – 7 pm at the Methodist Church.  Good food and a great opportunity to have a fabulous meal and support our club at the same time.  Send an email to get details on pricing. 

The club meets weekly on Wednesdays – the first Wednesday is at 7:30 am, all other Wednesdays are at 12:15 pm.
