2) Set public hearing for May 18, 2010 at 7:32 P.M. to hear comments on the town adopting the Cold War Veteran’s Exemption.

3) Set public hearing for May 18, 2010 at & 7:35 P.M. to hear comments on town’s storm water program.

4) Designate playground and pool area in Van Buren Central Park as “smoke-free”.
