Congratulations to the Man and Woman Volunteer of the Year for 2011! Every year an award is given to recognize a man and woman who has made the Greater Baldwinsville Community a better place to live, work and visit. For 2011, this honor was awarded to Sarah Baker and Ed Barlow for their exceptional service to the Baldwinsville community. Sarah's volunteer activities include the Baldwinsville Community Scholarship Foundation, St. Mary's Church and the Baldwinsville Memorial Day Parade committee. Ed is very active with Canton Woods Senior Center and Meals on Wheels. Nearly 150 people attended the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center's annual celebration to honor Baldwinsville’s outstanding volunteers on Saturday, April 21st at the Red Mill Inn. |
